To me, it means "reducing, reusing and recycling" as much as possible. It's making the conscious choice to eat healthy food, drink pure water, limit exposure to toxins, and preserve the Earth.
It also means being responsible and self-sufficient - being able to take care of my family and not relying on the government to take care of me, and being in the position of being able to help others.
